Thank you for participating in Mid-Atlantic ProTel’s High 5 Referral Program. Start earning rewards by referring your friends, family and coworkers. When your friend activates a AT&T Wireless phone through us and registers with the High 5 Referral Program, we reward both of you with a $25 AT&T Promotion Card that can be redeemed in-store for great merchandise.

The Program is as easy as 1,2,3,4:

1. Register with the Mid-Atlantic ProTel High 5 Referral Program

This allows you to make referrals that earn you a valuable reward. Simply provide us with your name, AT&T Wireless number and email address. A Referral Program account will then be created just for you.

2. Refer your friends to Mid-Atlantic ProTel

Refer friends, family members, neighbors, coworkers who need a wireless phone, or who may want to switch providers.

3. A friend activates their phone at Mid-Atlantic ProTel on a AT&T Wireless rate plan that’s $39.99 or higher per month.

Feel free to remind your friends that the sooner they activate, the sooner you’ll each receive your $25 AT&T Promotion Card.

4. Your friend registers with Mid-Atlantic ProTel’s High 5 Referral Program and we reward each of you.

Now that your friend has activated on a AT&T rate plan of $39.99 per month, he/she must register with Mid-Atlantic ProTel’s High 5 Referral Program by clicking on the link provided in the original referral email you sent through the Program.

After verifying your eligibility for rewards, you and your friend will each receive an e-mail notifying you that your $25 AT&T Promotion Cards will be mailed to you.

Eligiblity:
