On May 1, 2009 Mid-Atlantic ProTel acquired Communicom Beep's paging division. We would like to welcome you to Mid-Atlantic ProTel.

Will my paging service coverage area change with this transition?

No, there will be no changes to your coverage. You may even be eligible for additional coverage at no extra charge, contact our customer service department at (888) 453-4224 for eligibility.

 

Will my rate change?

No.

 

Where can I purchase a new pager?

You may continue to visit your local Communicom Beep store during this transition to purchase a new pager, or you may call our toll free customer service number (888) 453-4224 to place an order for a   pager. Orders placed before 2PM will be shipped the same day with free overnight shipping. 

 

Where do I pay my bill?

You can mail your payment to 51 Aikens Center, Martinsburg WV 25404, or call our toll free billing number (888) 711-1173 to make a credit/debit card payment over the phone.

 

What if I pay cash for my service?

You may continue to make payments at your local office during this transition. Information will be communicated to you at a later date with any changes.

 

Why did my billing date change?

Your services are now being billed through our new billing system. Your invoices will now include detailed billing information for each pager. Upon request you may also add usernames to print for each pager on your invoice, please contact customer service at (888) 453-4224 to add this feature to your bill. Your next bill will print on the 1st of the month and will be due on the 25th of the month.
